All Delidea products are certified by Natrue. Delidea has chosen the Natrue certification because it’s the most restrictive and rigorous certification for natural and organic cosmetics, when compared to other regulation standards.
Clarity, transparency and scientific principles
Natrue is an international non-profit association founded in 2007 committed to protecting and promoting the highest standards for natural and organic cosmetics worldwide.
In order to do so, Natrue sets clear, transparent and scientific criteria to classify finished products, raw materials and production processes.
Allowed and prohibited ingredients
Natrue classifies ingredients in 3 categories:
- Natural ingredients
- Derived natural ingredients
- Nature-identical ingredients
- Synthetic fragrances and dyes
- Petrochemical-derived ingredients (Parafines, PEG, propyl-, alkyl-, silicones and derivativess, etc)
- GMO

Natrue classifies finished products in 3 categories:
Natrue also divides the spectrum of cosmetics into 13 categories to guarantee the maximum naturalness of each product.
Other certification standards only specify allowed and prohibited substances or set a minimum natural and organic level for all cosmetic categories indistinctively that will be, therefore, lower than Natrue standards.
In order to fight greenwashing, Natrue guarantees that at least 75% of all the individual products in a cosmetic line or brand must be compliant with the NATRUE standard.
