Lemon micellar water is obtained with an innovative procedure which makes it possible to obtain the real aqueous content of lemon, together with its mineral salts, trace elements and essential oil. These are the constituents that exercise a toning and rebalancing action on the skin.
Description
Citrus limonum is an evergreen tree which belongs to the Rutaceae (citrus) family. Between 3 and 5 metres tall, it originates from Central Asia, particularly Northern India and Iran. The trees were brought to Europe from Iran and were first cultivated in Greece and Italy in the 2nd century. The fruit is an oval, yellow hesperidium containing juice which is particularly rich in vitamin C, while essential oil is obtained from cold pressing the zest.

the artist from Turin, Ennio Bertrand, has created a work entitled “lemon sky”, in which he exploits the biochemical transformation of the acid juice of the fruit in contact with copper and zinc to create clean energy capable of lighting up a led. A real example of sustainability!
